HOME STAGING CONSULTATION (Approx. 2-3 hours)
This includes a walk-through of your home where detailed notes of the interior and exterior will be taken. My recommendations will be explained to you, room-by-room, inside and out. You will be provided with a detailed comprehensive report to get your home market ready. With your permission, pictures will be taken of each room for use in the planning stage, as well as for marketing purposes to show the "before" and "after" transformations. No names or addresses will be used.

E-CONSULTATION
Too busy for a 2-hour in-house consultation but want expert advice on how to stage your house or improve curb appeal? Are you outside the service area? Or perhaps you have a design dilemma? Email me your request and pictures of your room(s) and I will reply with my recommendations (some exceptions may apply). Tip: Take a picture from opposite corners of the room, so that the entire space is visible.

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING (Consultation required)
Once the preliminary work outlined in the consultation is completed, Afterglow Interiors will come back to transform your space into a home potential buyers will fall in love with! Afterglow Interiors uses existing furniture and accessories whenever and wherever possible. Rental furniture can be provided if necessary (additional charges apply). Afterglow Interiors has an extensive inventory of stylish accessories and accent pieces which can be added for that "wow factor" at a minimal cost to the homeowner (for far less than most rental companies).

VACANT HOME STAGING (Consultation may be required)
Following the consultation, a plan will be devised and furniture will be sourced in order to provide you with an accurate bid on the cost of rentals. Once, the rental company receives your payment, arrangements will be made for the rental items to be delivered to the vacant property. Afterglow Interiors will be there to receive the shipment and guide the movers on where to place the furniture. Ideally, the staging will be completed the same day as the delivery.
